What a label means
Email confirmed means the email link was completed. Phone confirmed means an optional phone check was completed. Photo checked means a live selfie was captured and matched to the member’s profile photos by a reviewer. None of these means background checked or ID verified.
Neurotype is never verified
We verify email, and optionally phone and a live selfie. We do not verify anyone's neurotype and we never will — no diagnosis upload, no assessment gate, no badge. Self-identification counts here. What we do instead is act quickly when someone reports a real problem.
What we do not perform
NeuroFringe does not perform ID-document verification or background checks. We do not imply that a check proves someone is safe. Use the in-product report and block controls whenever something concrete is wrong.
