Account Deletion
Delete in Settings or request help without reinstalling. Last updated August 1, 2026.
Delete in product
Open Settings → Deactivation and choose permanent deletion. Temporary pause and permanent deletion are presented as different actions.
Request help
If sign-in is unavailable, email privacy@neurofringe.com from the account address. We use proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What remains
Active profile data is deleted or de-identified. Limited records may remain in backups or for reports, fraud, chargebacks, law, and others’ rights. Public discussions may retain de-identified contributions.
Subscriptions
Cancel an Apple or Google subscription in that store as well; account deletion cannot cancel billing controlled by the store.
