Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not transfer, sell, automate, or share an account.
Who belongs
Formally diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, neurodivergent, and supportive non-neurodivergent adults are welcome. Do not demand diagnostic proof, rank identities, or pressure disclosure.
Not medical care
NeuroFringe, the Wiring Test, matching context, Community content, and moderation are not diagnosis, screening, therapy, medical advice, crisis response, or a guarantee about another person.
Consent and conduct
Respect boundaries and affirmative, reversible consent. Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, exploitation, hate, doxxing, impersonation, scams, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, illegal sales, and dangerous medical misinformation are prohibited.
Your content
You retain ownership and grant NeuroFringe a non-exclusive licence to host, store, technically adapt, display according to visibility choices, moderate, and secure content as needed to operate the service. Upload only material you have the right and consent to share.
Community moderation
Brief, blunt, long, repetitive, unpolished, lowercase, tangential, title-only, and emotionally raw contributions are allowed. We act on concrete safety violations, not conventional tone. Material actions ordinarily include a specific reason and appeal path.
Purchases
Core safety controls, the Operating Manual, Calibration, Wiring Test, worldwide discovery, Today’s Three, mutual matching and messaging, Clean Exit, Community, Board, Wavelength membership, and Parallel Play attendance are intended to remain free. Any paid tier, renewal, taxes, and cancellation terms appear before purchase.
Meeting people
Use your judgment, protect identifying and financial information, meet publicly when appropriate, arrange independent transport, tell a trusted person, and leave whenever needed. Verification and moderation cannot establish that a person is safe.
Termination and disputes
We may restrict or end access for violations, risk, law, or discontinuation, with notice and appeal where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact legal@neurofringe.com before formal proceedings so we can try to resolve the concern.
