Moderation Policy
A permissive expression gate with firm safety boundaries. Last updated August 1, 2026.
Default to allowing
A short title, no body, blunt phrasing, unconventional grammar, repetition, intense detail, or a 4,000-word infodump is not a moderation failure. Vent bypasses the optional language-model quality gate.
What is rejected
We reject clear harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, scams, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, illegal drug sales, dangerous medical misinformation, and obvious commercial spam.
Automation
Structural safety checks always run. Optional automated review fails open when unavailable and may not reject style, identity, neurotype, disability, support needs, or disclosure choices. Material sanctions are reviewable by a person where feasible.
Notice and appeal
Enforcement notices ordinarily identify the rule, scope, duration, and appeal route. Appeal from the notice or email appeals@neurofringe.com. Safety and legal constraints may limit disclosed detail.
